"Platform" refers to the 2jbat website accessible at 2jbat.org and all associated services. "Account" refers to a registered user profile on the Platform. "Funds" refers to PKR balances deposited into and held within a user Account. "Bonus Funds" refers to promotional credits awarded subject to separate wagering conditions. "Bet" or "Wager" refers to any monetary stake placed on a casino game or sports event through the Platform. "Verification" refers to the identity and payment confirmation process required by 2jbat prior to processing withdrawals.
By accessing 2jbat, creating an Account, making a deposit, or placing a Bet, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. These Terms should be read alongside the 2jbat Privacy Policy and any specific Bonus Terms applicable to a promotion. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a specific Bonus Terms document, the Bonus Terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.
2jbat reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
Use of the 2jbat Platform is restricted to individuals who:
2jbat does not warrant that access to the Platform is lawful in all jurisdictions. Pakistani users are solely responsible for satisfying themselves that accessing online gaming services complies with local laws applicable in their province. 2jbat accepts no liability for use of the Platform where such use is restricted by local law.
4.1 Each natural person may register only one Account. Operating multiple Accounts is a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of balances held therein.
4.2 You must provide accurate, current, and complete information at registration. 2jbat may request supporting documentation at any time to verify the information provided, including government-issued identity documents and proof of payment method ownership.
4.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. 2jbat is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain credential security.
4.4 You must notify 2jbat immediately via live chat if you become aware of, or suspect, any unauthorised access to your Account.
5.1 Deposits to 2jbat are accepted via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, and USDT TRC-20. Minimum deposit is Rs 200. 2jbat does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply network or service charges.
5.2 All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment methods are not permitted. Where third-party funding is detected, 2jbat reserves the right to suspend the Account and return funds to the originating payment method.
5.3 2jbat processes deposits in PKR. Where a currency conversion is involved (as with USDT deposits), the conversion rate applied will be that prevailing at the time of transaction. 2jbat does not guarantee a fixed exchange rate.
5.4 Deposits are credited to your Account balance upon confirmation from the payment provider. 2jbat is not liable for delays caused by the payment provider's network, bank processing times, or mobile operator service interruptions.
6.1 Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification. Where this is not possible due to payment method limitations, 2jbat may request an alternative verified method.
6.2 2jbat may require identity verification before processing any withdrawal request. Documents requested may include a CNIC copy, proof of address, and confirmation of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in withdrawal delay.
6.3 Mobile wallet withdrawals (JazzCash, Easypaisa) are processed within 15–45 minutes of approval. Bank transfers are completed within 1–2 business days. Processing times may be extended during peak periods or where additional verification is required.
6.4 Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements have been fully met. Attempts to withdraw Bonus Funds prior to wagering completion will result in cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings derived from Bonus Funds.
7.1 All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits are subject to individual terms that are published at the time the promotion is offered. These Terms establish the general framework; specific wagering multipliers, game eligibility, minimum odds, and expiry dates are defined in the applicable Bonus Terms.
7.2 2jbat reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonuses that have already been credited to an Account and on which wagering has commenced will remain subject to the terms under which they were awarded.
7.3 Abuse of promotions – including but not limited to creating multiple Accounts to claim the same offer, coordinated play with other users to generate artificial wagering activity, or systematic exploitation of bonus structures – constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 2jbat will cancel all bonuses and associated winnings in such cases and may permanently suspend the Account.
8.1 All bets placed via 2jbat are final once confirmed by the Platform. It is your responsibility to verify bet details before confirmation. 2jbat does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except where the Platform has published a specific rule permitting such action for a particular event type.
8.2 In the event of a technical error that results in an incorrect price being offered, 2jbat reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the Account balance.
8.3 For casino games, the result displayed upon completion of a game round is final. In the event of a game malfunction, the round will be voided and the stake returned. Winning combinations that arise from a malfunction will not be honoured.
8.4 All casino games are provided by certified third-party providers. Published RTP (Return to Player) figures are accurate as confirmed by independent certification bodies. Past game outcomes do not influence future results.

12.1 2jbat provides the Platform on an "as available" basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free access to all Platform features at all times. Scheduled maintenance, network disruptions, and force majeure events may affect Platform availability.
12.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 2jbat's total liability to any User in respect of any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total real-money funds held in that User's Account at the time the claim arises.
12.3 2jbat is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or emotional distress.

14.2 Where an Account is closed due to breach of Terms, any balance comprising Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds may be forfeited. Real-money deposits that have not been wagered may be returned to the originating payment method at 2jbat's discretion, subject to verification.
14.3 You may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting 2jbat support via live chat. Account closure requests will be processed within two business days. Any real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to your verified payment method.
2jbat may revise these Terms at any time by publishing an updated version on this page with a revised effective date. Where changes are material, 2jbat will use reasonable efforts to notify active Account holders via the Platform or registered contact details. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to 2jbat's operating jurisdiction. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the 2jbat support process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence.
